I still get confused when I go to look in my cupboard and have to decide which cooking oil I need to use for which meal or food type. Sunflower, olive, extra virgin – I have no clue. But I recently got pointed in the direction of this olive oil buyers guide from Jamie’s Italian. I was really interested to read how much was produced during 2015 season as well as what tastes like what.
So now for those people like me that do not have a clue what cooking oil to use we can at least pretend we know a little more about the mystery that is olive oil!
