Not drinking enough water

They choose a hot drink or a fizzy drink instead. But it’s so important to have at least two litres of water a day if you want to stay healthy. It helps food pass easily through your body and is a great way to help you lose weight. Therefore, take a couple of bottles out with you so that you don’t forget to drink water!
Not going to see their doctor
Another health mistake people make that you need to avoid is not going to see the doctor regularly. A lot of people are scared to see the doctor as they are worried about what they will say. It can also be embarrassing to talk or even show them what the issue is. But it’s important to go the doctor if you are worried about your health. If it is something serious, it’s better for them to look at it earlier rather than later as there will be more they can do. If you haven’t got time to go to the doctor, you could talk to a doctor online about what’s bothering you. You don’t have to worry about going to the surgery then and don’t have to fight for an appointment.
Not checking their body for changes
A lot of people also make the mistake of not checking their body for changes regularly. When you are in the shower, you need to make sure you check if any lumps have formed. You could end up saving your life if you spot something unusual early. Therefore, keep an eye on what’s changing with your body and talk to the doctor if you do find any lumps have appeared.
Not eating enough fruit and vegetables
